Meet Marc Davidson, New Home Consultant for Lennar at Ten Trails

Meet Marc Davidson: one of the many friendly faces you’ll see when you visit Ten Trails and tour our 15 model homes! Marc works as part of the Lennar team who are onsite at Ten Trails seven days a week to show customers their gorgeous new model homes and answer questions about investing in a new home in the community.

Master Planned Community Concept 

Marc is huge advocate for master planned communities, having lived in one for the past 12 years. “My wife Lisa and I loved raising our three boys there,” Marc says. He bought his home when the planned community was just beginning to develop, and has seen firsthand the benefits that can come from living in a growing community.  “I tell all of my customers  that Ten Trails is going to be even more impressive as it continues to grow. The retail, schools and future development will all be within walking distance to homes, so residents can come, home, park their cars, walk to dinner, or check out one of the many events going on in the community.”

A Seattle Area Native with a Love of the Outdoors

Marc was raised in the Snoqualmie Valley and, like many northwest natives, grew up with a huge love of the outdoors and outdoor activities like skiing, mountain-biking, hiking and fishing. He even has the distinction of being one of the few people to have summited Mount Rainier, which he did with a mountaineering team five years ago. Marc loves sharing his love of the outdoors with his wife Lisa and three sons and, whenever they can, his family enjoys spending time in their cabin up at Mount Baker.
