“Everything’s Included” with Lennar

Dayna has had the opportunity to work with different home builders, both on the builder side, and from the city planning perspective, and she is quick to point out what makes Lennar stand out among other home builders. “Our business model of ‘everything’s included’ is the unique component that makes our homes appealing to home buyers,” says Dayna. “It’s a simple concept that’s easy for the customers to understand and offers a lot of value.”

A Relatable Approach

Dayna enjoys working with potential home buyers to help them figure out the best floorplan to suit their family’s needs. “Buying a home is a huge decision and I want people to be happy with the experience,” says Dayna. “I love getting to know our clients and relating to them on a personal level so I’m better able to help assist them in finding their perfect home.” Stop by the Grand Model Showplex by Lennar and say hello to Dayna the next time you’re in the community! 360.469.4043 www.TenTrails.com
