Ten Trails East Village Collection by Lennar is revealing eight model homes on January 26^th. This event is your opportunity to see for yourself what makes Ten Trails so special, and tour gorgeous homes from the nation's largest home builder.

Block Party Showplex

Lennar is hosting a block party to kick off the public opening of these eight new model homes.  Be among the first to see the models that represent over a hundred home sites and 11 unique floor plans The festivities will include entertainment and food for the whole family. The event begins at 10 am on Saturday, January 26th  with free donuts, coffee, hot chocolate, music, and lots of giveaways. There will be face-painting and balloon artists on hand for kids' entertainment. Food trucks will be on hand to fuel your whole family for a day of fun and exploration as you discover the new and existing Lennar homes.

Meet the Neighbors

While enjoying the cheerful atmosphere and hometown feeling in our new planned community, visitors will also have a chance to mingle with current Ten Trails homeowners.
