Lennar Homes now has three new model homes open for touring at Ten Trails! Come see the community, our parks and amenities, and tour these gorgeous new homes. The new models will be open five days a week for tours….visit the Lennar website for hours and information.

The Ten Trails Cottage Collection by Lennar  encompasses 33 homesites, with six unique floorplans to choose from, ranging from approximately 2,331 to 3,199 square feet. To maximize the beauty of the Ten Trails’ community, these plans all include covered outdoor living spaces and generous windows to bring the outside in and the inside out. The homes are priced from the $490s and range from three bedrooms to up to five bedrooms, with two to three bathrooms per each home.
