Ichijo Debuts New Duplex-Style Townhomes at Ten Trails
Ichijo is debuting their new “duet” homes on August 9
th in conjunction with our
Sunset Market event. These brand new homes start at 2,132 square feet for the
Danville plan, and 2,320 square feet for the
Sawyer plan, each with a two-car garage, covered patio and upstairs family room.

Grand Opening August 9 During our Sunset Market Featuring Aaron Crawford
Tour the Ichijo duets during their grand opening weekend, starting
August 9th during our Sunset Market event featuring a performance by local country music star, Aaron Crawford. The new Ichijo model will be open from 6 to 9 pm during the event for touring with food, drinks and giveaways available for guests. This model and others at Ten Trails will reopen Saturday morning, August 10
th, at 10 am for regular touring hours of 10 am to 6 pm daily.
